Ziti Diavolo

2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 oz Sliced Garlic
3 oz White Onions (julienne)
2 oz Green & 2 oz Red Peppers (julienne)
1 ea Italian Sausage (3 oz ea)
1 ea Grilled Chicken (cut in strips) (5 oz ea)
8 oz Tomato Basil Sauce
1 oz Red Pepper Flakes
Pinch Salt/Pepper and Basil
1 oz Butter
5 oz Ziti Pasta
Fresh Chopped Parsley to garnish
1. In a medium saut pan sweat butter, olive oil, red pepper flakes, garlic, white onions, green peppers, sausage and chicken for about 3 minutes over high heat.
2. Add basil, salt, pepper and Tomato Basil Sauce.
3. Add ziti pasta to pan and toss together.
