ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY -- A preliminary hearing for the man accused of killing an Altoona toddler after setting a fire is scheduled for Wednesday.

Aaron Dishong is set to face District Judge Jeffrey Auker at Blair County's central court on charges of criminal homicide, aggravated assault and arson.

The November 15th fire killed 3-year-old Darrel Etchison Jr.  His mother and sister barely escaped the flames.
