Somerset Man gets 3 to 6 Years in Prison for Robbery

CAMBRIA COUNTY - A Berlin man will serve 3 to 6 years in state prison.  Joshua Foy pleaded guilty to robbing a woman outside the First National Bank on Main Street in Somerset.  The 30 year old grabbed the victim's purse and took off back on July 9th.  Foy didn't get very far, two brothers heard the victim's screams and wrestled him to the ground.  Foy was also ordered to pay costs and restitution.
