1. What are signs of abuse?
Does the person you love or someone you know threaten to hurt or kill you or your children?
Put you or someone you know down in public or keep your or them from contacting family/friends?
Control where you/or someone you know go, who you talk to, and how you spend your money?
Throw, push, hit, kick, or slap you or someone you know?
2. What can I do for someone who is being abused?
Listen with out judgment- Do Not Blame the Victim
Know where to refer them
Prepare/keep an emergency kit
Arrange a signal with the victim if it's your neighbor
3. Where and what services are available for someone who is abused?

4. What about the children who are in homes where there is abuse?
Important to tell them it's not their fault
