Dawn talked to Dr. Don Beckstead of Altoona Regional Health Systems about Men's Health, including prostate cancer screenings.
Dr. Beckstead examined WTAJ-TV News Reporter Kevin Flanigan, doing a prostate exam, as part of the Movember campaign to promote men's health awareness. During the month of November, the men of WTAJ-TV grew mustaches for the "Movember" campaign - to promote men's health issues and raise money to help the Prostate Cancer Foundation and Livestrong.
In this interview Dr. Beckstead talks about some of the health risks that men face and why it's important for men to get regular checkups.
