Dawn Pellas interviews Mark Frederick who is a licensed counselor and a supervisor in the Behavioral Health Department for Altoona Regional Health System.  They discuss how and why people react in certain ways to bad news.  Topics include why violence is normally an initial reaction to people getting news that shocks or angers them, what some of the emotions people can have after receiving shocking news are, how emotions change as time goes on when tensions are high and riots are happening, and much more.
