She might be the fifth coach of the women's basketball program at Penn state, but she is number one in our hearts.
We're talking about Coquese Washington, and she joined Sarah live on the show to talk about the upcoming season, the accomplishments of the team, and her own journey from the hardwood to the coach's seat.
Coquese is the first female African-American Head Coach in Penn State's history, and she was also named the 2011 BCA Female Coach of the Year. She was also the first professional player in the WNBA to lead three different teams to the post season, and is a firm believer in giving back to the community through various charity events.
