Valley View Bids Due

ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Final bids are due in Monday for a Blair County nursing home, but the people who work there aren't happy about the sale.

Right now there are about five bids ranging from 12.5 million dollars to just over 16 million for the Valley View Nursing Home.

The Blair County Commissioners voted two to one to sell the home as a way to improve the county's financial condition.
