Hazel Erhard of Altoona wanted to make mashed potatoes, but when she reached inside the 5 pound bag she bought at a local grocery store, she pulled out a surprise: a potato, perfectly shaped like a heart!

Hazel found it right before Valentine's Day and now calls it her Valentine potato. She says she was amazed when she found it - so excited, she started calling family and friends. Soon, she and her sweet spud were the talk of the town. People came over and took pictures of Hazel and her potato. And, now, her find has landed her on television.

Hazel hopes to hang on to her heart-y potato for as long as she can. It's spending this Valentine's Day safely tucked away, inside her refrigerator.
