ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY - Christmas characters pop up on an Altoona Street.

Characters like the Grinch attracted customers with music and dancing to Kerr Kreations along 6th Avenue for their annual open house SUnday from 1:00 to 7:00.  The store sells Christmas supplies and floral arrangements for the holiday season.

Customers were also encouraged to bring a toy for the Salvation Army for Kerr Kreations service project of the year.
