Sarah Gets Spinning with East Coast Health Part 1

Sarah jumps on her bike and gets spinning for today's Central PA Live!  She'll be joined by staff from East Coast Health & Fitness to talk about the upcoming Spinning Nation 2012. Spinning Nation is a non- profit event that will help implement Spinning Rehabilitation Centers at military bases/Warrior Transition Units across the country that help wounded veterans in the recovery process, but physically and mentally. All proceeds will go to Ride - To- Recovery and will benefit all of our deserving military men and women who have served to keep our country safe and free.
