Dawn introduces us to Diana Robinson from Altoona who is taking an exercise stress test to gauge the health of her heart. The test is done at Altoona Regional's Outpatient Cardiology Department. Certified registered Nurse Practitioner Beth Abraham says its a 21 minute test women can't afford to skip.
"300 million women have heart disease that's diagnosed," says Abraham.
The American Heart Association says heart disease is the number one killer of women.
Abraham says that it comes with the territory, "Women do tend not to take care of themselves. They worry about family, my kids."
That could lead to a heart attack, especially if they ignore the early warning signs.
