The Altoona Curve will hold its annual performer tryouts from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, January 21st in the
All individual and instrumental performances will be welcome to come and try out on January 21st. Those individuals or groups that have previously performed at a Curve game also must come back and try out to be considered for the upcoming 2012 season. Tryouts will take place in numerical order and begin at 9 a.m.
A panel of local celebrity judges will judge each performer that attends the tryout session on Saturday, January 21st. The panel will consist of Altoona Mayor Bill Schirf, WTAJ-TV sports reporter Sara Eckert, Central PA Live host Dawn Pellas, WALY radio personality K.C. O'Day, Flight 19 singer Brian Thomas and a member from Chris Vipond and the Stanley Street Band.
For those that cannot make the tryouts on the 21st and still wish to audition, you must send an audio sample of your song rendition to the Curve no later than Wednesday, January 18th.
