Dawn Pellas interviews Amber Smith who was crowned Miss Pennsylvania Collegiate
America 2012 on Saturday, August 13th in Lancaster, PA. Smith will represent the Keystone State at the "Miss Collegiate America National Pageant" which will be held in March 2012 in San Antonio, Texas.
Smith is a graduate student at Saint Francis University pursuing her Masters of Education and Education Leadership. She is a 2007 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. She serves as the Altoona Area High School Volunteer Colorguard Advisor, is member of the Penn State Altoona Alumni Society Board of Directors and Penn State Alumni Association, and Co-Advisor for the Blue and White Society at Penn State Altoona.
