Penn State beat Northwestern on Saturday, October 31st, in Evanston, Illinois, 34-13, after a 4th quarter, 21-point rally.  Now the Nittany Lions (8-1) welcome the Buckeyes (7-2) to town for a Big Ten match up on Week #10 that could have a lot of implications.
