SOMERSET, SOMERSET COUNTY - Police said they are looking for a woman who robbed a bank on Thursday afternoon.

At 3:30 p.m., police said a woman walked into the First Summit Bank on North Center Ave.  The suspect walked up to the teller and told the teller that she was robbing the bank.  She referenced a gun but did not show one.  The suspect ran away with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a white, heavy-set woman.  They think she has short, red hair.  She was wearing black-framed glasses, a dark-colored, waist-length, hooded jacket, blue jeans and tennis shoes.  The picture on the left is a surveillance picture from the bank.
