HARRISBURG - Applications for the federally funded home energy assistance program will be accepted throughout the state starting Monday.

The program is administered through the Pennsylvania Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program. Qualifying household income limits have been decreased this year. For example, a family of four earning up to 33-thousand-75 dollars annually now qualifies, compared to last year's annual income limit of 44-thousand-443 dollars for a family of four.
