In State College WTAJ looked at a $187,000 town home. It's located in College Township and has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It was built four years ago, and taxes are just under $2,200 a year. The home does have a neighborhood association fee, but owners live without many maintenance responsibilities.

A tri-level for sale in Richland Township near Johnstown was the next stop. This home is listed for $225,000 and had three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It had large windows and a nice sized yard. The home was built in 1988 and homeowners are responsible for $2,226 in taxes annually.
