ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY -- An accident on Plank Road in Altoona created a traffic mess Wednesday morning.
A truck crashed and tore down traffic lights. Police say no one was injured, but it left quite a mess. Work crews were working on the damages all afternoon. They had to clear the accident and then start replacing all the traffic lights.
Police asked for everyone to stay away from the area between Logan Boulevard and Goods Lane. There was a lot of heavy traffic along the road, but everything is back to normal now. Emergency workers say all fire and police crews have left the scene.
