HARRISBURG - Harrisburg union members rallied at the State Capitol Tuesday while "Joe the Plumber" spoke against the Free Choice Act.

Joe Wurzellbacher was made infamous during John McCain's presidential campaign as the voice of the right-wing, working class American. The federal proposal would make it easier for employees to join labor unions, but right to work organizations say the act will make others intimidated into signing-up with unions. The Free Choice Act could go to the U.S. Senate this May.
