The Kindergarten kids in Mrs. Zerbe’s class at Brady Henderson Elementary School in Mill Creek, PA are learning about monarch butterflies. We have some monarch caterpillars in our room that we are observing daily. We are anxiously waiting for them to make their chrysalis and emerge as beautiful monarch butterflies. Recently, we had a visit from “The Butterfly Lady”, Julia Cutshall, who taught us more information about monarchs. We look forward to releasing our monarchs and allowing them to begin their journey to Mexico.
