First Grade students of Miss Kim Archey and Mrs. Kathy Oakes from McAuliffe Heights at Irving Elementary celebrated Grandparent's Day on Monday, September 14th by inviting their Grandparents and/or Great-Grandparents to school to read their favorite book.  Students also sang a song and both enjoyed light refreshments.  This is a picture of the approximately 50 grandparents who came to share this great time with their grandchildren.
