Curtis Concedes in Millcreek

Millcreek Supervisor Larry Curtis has conceded the contest for reelection.
Polling has indicated to the incumbent Republican that he was likely defeated by Democratic challenger Rick Figaski.
Curtis called Figaski to congratulate him.
