Teen Shot in Hand

Erie Police responded to an east side shooting today.
It happened around four o'clock in the 500 block of East 23rd Street.
Police say the victim, a 14 year old girl, was shot in the hand and taken to Hamot Medical Center.
According to police, the girl saw a black car in the area but they're not sure if that car had anything to do with the incident. -
