Jason Mobley of Spring Cove Middle School in Roaring Spring was selected as the Grand Prize winner of the Bullying Prevention Poster contest held recently. Together Highmark Healthy High 5 and WTAJ-TV have partnered to promote bullying prevention, and as one of the initiatives to promote awareness of the anti-bullying campaign within the local school districts, Highmark Healthy High 5 promoted a “Bullying Isn’t Cool” poster contest. The winner’s poster will be used in an upcoming Bullying Prevention marketing campaign.

The contest allowed area students to draw or photograph their interpretations of why bullying isn’t cool. To view the entries of all the participants click here .

Kweilin Nassar, Project Director for Highmark Healthy High 5, presented Jason with an I-pod and the Spring Cove Middle School with a grant check for $2500 to be spent by the school to help promote bullying prevention.
