ALTOONA, BLAIR COUNTY -- An Altoona man already in jail for unlawful contact with a minor faces new charges. David Mascitelli will be arraigned on child pornography charges.

Mascitelli was already in the Blair County Prison after police say he tried to contact an under-aged girl for sex over the internet. Police say he was actually talking with an undercover agent on the computer, rather than an under-aged girl. Police say he used an internet chat program to send the girl explicit photos and try to set up a meeting with her.

The attorney general's office says during the course of their investigation they discovered the child pornography on computers taken from Mascitelli's home.
