Michelle Toth was the Cambria County bureau reporter for WTAJ from 2005 until 2007. Today she works as a conference sales manager at the Bedford Springs Resort.
She says, "When I walk through the hallways I just remember my mother and grandmother talking about when they were here. And for me to be able to work here and provide those experiences to others who come here is something I never could have imagined was possible. Michelle says, " Life as a reporter prepares you for everything in life. You learn to go with the flow. You work on deadlines, and with my position it is small meetings short term meetings, so everyone is always on a rush, to get everything done. Michelle also stays busy as a bride to be. She and her fiancee are planning an October wedding and she is very thankful that his military tour in Iraq is over and that he is back in states. Michelle says her fondest memories of WTAJ all revolve around working hard and constantly learning the skills of reporting. She says, "I will always be a reporter at heart. It doesn't matter if you take me out of doing the news or not. When I work with my clients, I am still digging and digging getting all the information that i can to make sure i meet every need that they have." |
