Neil RudelNeil Rudel is the managing editor of the Altoona Mirror. He is the longest-tenured journalist on the Penn State football beat, having covered and commented on the Nittany Lions since 1978 as the Mirror's Associate Sports Editor (1983-2002) and Sports Editor (2002-2006).
Neil has appeared on ESPN and ESPN Radio. Rudel founded the NitWits in 1998. The program originally aired on the Altoona Public Access Channel. Beginning on August 24, 2008 the show will now appear on WTAJ-TV, WeAreCentralPA.com, altoonamirror.com and will continue on the Altoona Public Access Channel as well. -
