Jody Gill is the Assignment Editor for WTAJ Your News Leader.  Jody is a Blair county native who started his career at WTAJ in August 1986 as a photographer.  Since 1996 Jody also has operated WTAJ's satellite truck providing a number of remote live shots.  In 2000 Jody was promoted to Assignment Editor.  Jody and his wife Kristen along with Raymi, golden retriever, have a home in Hollidaysburg.  Jody is a member of the Blair County Crime Solvers board, Blair County Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Foundation, Blair County D.U.I. Task Force and Blair County Local Emergency Planning Committee.  The Gills are members of the First United Methodist Church in Hollidaysburg.  Jody enjoys working out, traveling, spending time with friends and family.  Jody is a former Blair County Special Olympics manager and coach.  Jody graduated from Tyrone High and attended Penn State until starting full time duties at WTAJ.
