Cream Cheese Queso with Sausage

Ingredients: 2-8oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 lg can Rotel Tomatoes (mild or to your taste)
1 pkg. Owens Sausage (hot) or Grilled Chorizo Sausage
Recipe: Cook Owens Sausage on stove; drain grease and crumble. Put in aside in a bowl. If you use Chorizo, grill to get the best flavor. Open pkgs of cream cheese and place in crock pot (medium)until melted; add rotel tomatoes and sausage / chorizo stirring occasionaly. Serve with corn tortilla chips.
